Prince Lot Hula Festival

Since 1978, the Prince Lot Hula Festival has appeared on the third weekend of July annually. This festival is located at the Skygate on the Frank F. Fasi Civic Center Grounds in Honolulu, Hawaii. It brings together Hālau Hula (hula groups) from throughout Hawaii to celebrate Hula in a non-competitive form. This year will be their 46th annual and is an event to experience.
Atlanta Ice Cream Festival

Located in the beautiful Piedmont Park, is the best ice cream festival yet. The Admission is free and you can experience non-food vendors, live music, fitness routines, and wellness engagement programs. Which ultimately creates a healthy balance! Join us from 11 am to 6 pm if you live in the area or are traveling to Atlanta during that time.

It isn’t a classic United States summer if you don’t go to a state fair. Also known as the “Great Minnesota Get-Together”, it is the largest state fair in the nation. As an ending to summer festivities, this fair welcomes over 2 million guests annually. It is stacked with 500 food items, 900 free entertainment shows, Minnesota Craft Brews and Wines, livestock competitions, concerts, horse shows, 1,000 vendors, and so much more! It is $17 a day for Adults and $15 for kids and well worth it if you are traveling with your family!

San Francisco Chinatown Autumn Moon Festival

As part of the last few days of summer, you can experience the Autumn Moon Festival in San Francisco. The 15th day of the 8th month in the Lunar calendar is when the moon is high and bright giving reasons for celebrations. It is an annual tradition and is a two-day celebration from 11 am-5 pm. However, the dates change each year. The festival kicks off with a parade down Grant Avenue. It then continues the celebration with live entertainment, arts & crafts, and plenty of traditional foods and drinks. This is a free event.
